The Ascent of Airline Food

I’m wondering which airlines will come aboard to change their culinary ways. Not that I eat airline food regularly; most of the time I sleep my way through the flight and overspend on airport food, but at least it tastes better. Still, it will be interesting to see if these airlines can raise revenues and ensure repeat business with the promise of better food. My suggestion would be to add a customer survey as well to gauge their successes/failures.
